Room allocation will be based on duration of stay. It will be on a first come first serve basis .

Accommodation will be provided in the Hostel.

Items supplied include: a mattress, pillow and bedsheet, bucket & a mug.

Please confirm your participation and the number of delegates who will require accommodation as early as possible.

Bus timings from accommodation to event location will be informed.

Note: Participants may be asked to share their accommodation with the participants of other colleges
